En el caso previsto en el Artículo anterior, el Tribunal dará estricta aplicación a lo dispuesto en el Artículo 320 del Código Judicial. Si vencidas las veinticuatro horas de que allí se habla no se hubiere hecho la designación de que trata dicho Artículo, el Tribunal adelantara el juicio como si no se hubieren presentado coadyuvantes o impugnantes.
