ARTICULO 16. De los cursos específicos. Los cursos específicos son aquellos tendientes a lograr la adquisición, el desarrollo o el perfeccionamiento de determinados conocimientos, aptitudes, habilidades o destrezas, necesarios para el ejercicio de un empleo.
