Art. 1° La comisión creada por la Ley 44 de 1886 , conocerá también de las reclamaciones pendientes por suministros expropiados y por los frutos de las fincas confiscadas en la época en que permanecieron embargadas durante la guerra de 1860á 1863. en consecuencia pasarán á la Comisión los expedientes respectivos existentes en cualquiera J uzgado ó en la Corte suprema.
