Los Oficiales y Suboficiales que sean destinados en comisión de estudios en institutos diferentes a los de las Fuerzas Militares en el país, estarán obligados a prestar sus servicios a la Institución por un tiempo mínimo igual al del lapso que hayan permanecido en comisión. Cuando los estudios se hubieren adelantado en institutos militares o civiles del exterior, el tiempo de servicio será igual al triple de la duración de aquellos.
