Los excedentes para el retiro de recursos del Fonpet para el pago de obligaciones pensionales corrientes se determinarán como la diferencia entre el valor de los recursos acumulados en la cuenta de la entidad territorial, al cierre del semestre anterior a la fecha de la solicitud, y el pasivo pensional determinado conforme a lo establecido en el Decreto número 055 de 2009”.
