Los pensionados a quienes se refiere la presente Ley aportarán a las respectivas Cajas u organizaciones de Previsión Social un cinco por ciento (5%) mensual de la pensión, y tendrán derecho a los mismos servicios médicos, farmacéuticos, quirúrgicos y hospitalarios que esas Cajas u organizaciones presten a los empleados en actividad.
