El valor del flete será cancelado a la empresa de transporte legalmente habilitada, por el remitente o generador de la carga dentro de los ocho (8) días hábiles siguientes a la presentación de la factura. La empresa de transporte legalmente habilitada pagará al propietario, poseedor o tenedor o su autorizado dentro de los ocho (8) días hábiles siguientes al recibo de la cosa transportada en el lugar acordado en los términos establecidos en el Código de Comercio.
