CONTROL FISCAL. Los Auditores de la Contraloría General de la República se abstendrán de refrendar o visar las nóminas, cuentas de cobro y documentos de pago que excedan el valor límite establecido conforme a lo dispuesto en este Decreto. En el examen y calificación de las cuentas la Contraloría General de la República glosará a las que le sean rendidas por los pagadores en exceso del valor límite establecido para servicios personales conforme al presente Decreto.
