Decreto 1276 de 2023 · por el cual se adoptan medidas para ampliar el acceso al servicio de energía eléctrica y preservar los medios de subsistencia de la población a través del rescate de la transición energética, con la finalidad de superar la crisis humanitaria y el estado de cosas inconstitucionales o evitar la extensión de sus efectos, en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica declarado en el departamento de La Guajira.
