Decretase las obras de la desecación de los pantanos del Valle de Ubaté. La Junta especial de que trata la Ley 25 de 1921 , procederá a formar el catastro y a nombrar su tesorero, quien deberá rendir sus cuentas trimestralmente a la Contraloría General.

Parágrafo

La Junta emprenderá en el menor termino posible los trabajos de desecación de los plátanos y tendrá en cuenta al hacerlo los planos y proyectos que levanto la Casa Julius Berger Konsortium.
