º Prorrógase por ciento ochenta (180) días, contados a partir de la fecha de este Decreto, el plazo establecido en el Decreto 584 de 1972, para que la Junta Directiva y el Gerente de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cúcuta presenten al Gobierno Nacional los estudios técnicos complementarios a los ya realizados, sobre el planeamiento físico de la Zina Franca.
