Asignación de competencias . A partir del 30 de noviembre de 2013, las competencias asignadas al Fondo de Pasivo Social de Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, mediante el artículo 2.2.10.18.4. de este decreto, serán asumidas por la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (Ugpp).
