Quórum y votaciones. La Junta Directiva podrá sesionar válidamente con la mayoría de sus miembros. Las decisiones se tomarán con el voto favorable de la mayoría de los asistentes. Cuando se trate de ejercer las funciones contempladas en uno cualquiera de los literales de la Clase B del artículo 19 de estos Estatutos, se requerirá el voto favorable e indelegable del Ministro de Agricultura.
