Artículo quinto. Los vehículos que acrediten la prestación del servicio durante no menos de 14 días en el mes correspondiente, tendrán derecho al 50% del valor del subsidio, y los vehículos que acrediten la prestación del servicio durante 20 días o más, tendrán derecho al valor total.

Parágrafo

Los vehículos que presten el servicio durante menos de 14 días, no tendrán derecho a ninguna suma por concepto de subsidio.
