La expedición de copias dará lugar al pago de las mismas cuando la cantidad solicitada lo justifique. El pago se hará a la tesorería de la entidad o en estampillas de timbre nacional que se anularán, conforme a la tarifa que adopte el funcionario encargado de autorizar la expedición. En ningún caso el precio fijado podrá exceder al costo de la reproducción.
