De la recuperación de bienes ocultos . La nación y las entidades a que se refiere el presente estatuto deberán adelantar las diligencias administrativas y demás necesarias para recuperar los bienes que hayan abandonado materialmente y cuyo título de propiedad pública ofrezca establecer un denunciante. Previo concepto de la Procuraduría General de la Nación sobre la calidad de oculto de un bien, podrán celebrarse contratos con los particulares para su denuncia. En estos convenios la participación del denunciante no podrá ser superior al treinta por ciento (30%) del valor del bien cuya recuperación se obtenga.
