La publicación de noticias o escritos que, comprometan la seguridad exterior del país hará incurrir al director del periódico y a los autores del escrito en multa de quinientos a cuatro mil pesos, fuera de las demás sanciones que puedan corresponderles, conforme a las disposiciones de la Ley Penal. En este caso se procederá a petición del procurador General de la Nación.
