º. Naturaleza del Control fiscal . El control fiscal de la Corporación para la Reconstrucción y el Desarrollo del Departamento del Cauca se ejercerá por parte de la Contraloría General de la República, con base en las normas y procedimientos que regulan los controles perceptivo y posterior, tal Como se hallan definidos en los artículos 3º y 4º del Decreto 925 de 1976.
