º . El Certiticado de País de Origen deberá contener como mínimo los siguientes requisitos: Estar expedido y diligenciado en idioma español. Si el documento se expide en idioma diferente, deberá acompañarse la traducción oficial a este idioma; b) Estar firmado y sellado por el organismo o autoridad competente del país de origen. Cuando las Sociedades Certificadoras de que trata el Decreto 2531 de 1994 inicien su funcionamiento, el Certificado deberá ser expedido por dichas Sociedades, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 4º de este Decreto.
