Se declara de utilidad pública e interés social, excepto para efectos de expropiación, la Zona de Interés de Desarrollo Rural Económico y Social, Zidres, del municipio de Puerto López del departamento del Meta, aprobada mediante el presente decreto. En consecuencia, se ordena el registro de esta declaratoria en los folios de matrícula inmobiliaria de los predios de que trata el artículo 1° del presente decreto para efectos de publicidad.
