°. Transitoriedad. A la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, los procesos disciplinarios en los cuales se haya surtido la notificación del pliego de cargos o instalado la audiencia del proceso verbal, se regirán por las reglas previstas en el artículo 263 de la Ley 2094 de 2021.
