Artículo treinta. El proceso podrá terminar a virtud de desistimiento del querellante, presentado con el asentimiento del sindicado. Sin embargo, cuando afectare una entidad administrativa, para la validez del desistimiento se requerirá en todo caso la aprobación del Procurador General de la Nación.
