Artículo 1° Abrese al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la vigencia económica de 1922, el siguiente crédito adicional:

MINISTERIO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS

Gastos varios.

Artículo 733 bis. Para atender a los gastos que demande la Ley 13 del presente año en lo relativo a sueldos y viáticos del Interventor y de los Inspectores, a los gastos de instalación de oficinas, materiales y útiles para las mismas y fundación de un laboratorio, la suma de diez y ocho mil pesos ($ 18,000).
