Aplazamiento de la diligencia. Si al momento de practicarse la inspección los libros no estuvieren en las oficinas o establecimientos del comerciante, éste podrá demostrar la causa que justifique tal circunstancia, dentro de los tres días siguientes a la fecha señalada para la exhibición. En tal caso presentará los libros en la oportunidad que el funcionario señale.
