Notificación personal. Los fallos proferidos en los procesos disciplinarios se notificarán personalmente al investigado o al apoderado. Para tal efecto, se citará al interesado a través del medio más eficaz de lo cual se dejará constancia en el expediente. Al hacer la notificación personal se entregará copia íntegra de la decisión.
