Ley 95 de 1962 · por la cual se provee a la construcción del edificio del Colegio Mayor de Cultura Femenina de Bolívar, y su dotación.

Autorizase al Gobierno para que si lo estima más conveniente, entre en arreglos con la Comunidad de los Hermanos Cristianos y adquiera, por compra, el edificio donde funciono el Colegio de la Salle, en Cartagena y lo dedique al Colegio Mayor de Cultura femenina de Bolívar, restaurándolo y ampliándolo para que sirva eficazmente al cumplimiento de todas las dependencias de ese plantel educacionista.

Parágrafo

De la cantidad a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Gobierno podrá disponer de la partida suficiente, para la compra que pueda hacerle a la Comunidad de los hermanos Cristianos.
