Decreto 1336 de 1999 · por el cual se autoriza una operación nueva al Instituto de Fomento Industrial

º. Autorízase al Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, para establecer una línea de crédito rotatorio especial destinada a financiar las deficiencias de liquidez que pudieren presentar los establecimientos de crédito cuando otorguen períodos de gracia para el pago de intereses y abonos a capital, o conviertan deuda en bonos de riesgo, dentro de acuerdos extraordinarios de reestructuración de créditos a cargo de empresas financiables por el Instituto, que se formalicen hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1999.

Parágrafo

Las condiciones de los créditos de que trata el presente artículo serán establecidas de manera general por la Junta Directiva del Instituto.
