Las personas o entidades establecidas en el comercio costanero y de cabotaje, podrán transportar mercancía extranjera en sus naves, pero de acuerdo con los reglamentos existentes sobre la materia y las disposiciones que dicte el Ministerio de Hacienda para buques mercantes extranjeros.
