Cada Uno De Estos Institutos Tendrá Un Consejo Directivo Integrado Así: A) Un Delegado Del Ministerio De Educación Nacional: B) Un Delegado Del Ministerio De Salud Pública, Médico Graduado, Especializado En Oftalmología Para El Instituto De Ciegos, Y Un Médico Graduado, Con Especialidad En Otorrinolaringología, Para El Instituto De Sordomudos: C) Un Delegado De La Curia Primaria

Un Delegado del Ministerio de Educación Nacional:

Un delegado del Ministerio de Salud Pública, médico graduado, especializado en oftalmología para el Instituto de Ciegos, y un médico graduado, con especialidad en otorrinolaringología, para el Instituto de Sordomudos:

c)

Un Delegado de la Curia Primaria.

d)

Un Delegado de los ciegos y uno de los sordomudos, respectivamente nombrados por el Ministerio de Salud Pública.
