°. T ransferencia de bienes afectos a la función trasladada. Los bienes afectos al proceso de custodia, conservación y consulta de los archivos que contienen información de inteligencia, contrainteligencia, gastos reservados y generales, serán transferidos a título gratuito a las entidades receptoras de la función, debidamente inventariados, a través de acta suscrita por el Director del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS) en supresión y el representante legal o su delegado de la entidad receptora, la cual servirá para el registro cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
