Obligaciones. La resolución que otorgue la licencia de funcionamiento del zoocriadero debe contener las obligaciones que contrae su titular, entre ellas la de no aprovechar individuos, especímenes o productos hasta tanto se demuestre el rendimiento autosostenido de la población parental, lo cual se acreditará mediante visitas técnicas y con concepto de alguna facultad o departamento universitario a través de sus especialidades de biología, veterinaria o zootecnia.
