El auto que ordena el traslado de una demanda a una mujer casada no divorciada, debe notificarse previamente al marido si se halla presenten el lugar del juicio.

Si no lo está y no se espera su pronto regreso, y la mujer no tiene facultad del marido para comparecer en juicio, el Juez debe suplir la autorización de éste, con conocimiento de causa.
