Artículo quinto. El reconocimiento y pago de horas extras, regulados por el artículo catorce del Decreto 596 de 1974, se hará con retroactividad al mes de enero de 1975, mensualmente en dinero, sin que el reconocimiento en efectivo exceda del 20% del salario mensual del empleado.
