Si los propietarios no se avinieren a venderle a la Nación los terrenos expresados dentro del término de los tres meses siguientes a la vigencia de esta ley, la Nación procederá a obtener la expropiación correspondiente, para cuyos efectos se declara de utilidad pública e interés social la adquisición de los mencionados terrenos.
