Adopción del Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial. De conformidad con el artículo 26 de la Ley 388 de 1997, transcurridos sesenta (60) días desde la presentación del proyecto del Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial sin que el Concejo Municipal o Distrital adopte el plan, el alcalde podrá adoptarlo mediante decreto.
