Cuando se trate del caso contemplado en el Artículo 20 de la Ley 75 de 1925 , esto es, de militares muertos con posterioridad al reconocimiento de sus pensiones, bastara que las viudas y los hijos menores, acrediten ante el Ministerio de Guerra, su carácter de tales, con las pruebas legales correspondientes, para que les sea reconocido el derecho de que trata el articulo 20 citado.
