- FUNCIONES ADICIONALES DE LOS ALCALDES. Además de las funciones anteriores, los Alcaldes tendrán las siguientes: En relación con la administración Municipal: Nombrar y remover los funcionarios bajo su dependencia y a los gerentes y directores de los establecimientos públicos y las empresas industriales y comerciales de carácter local, de acuerdo con las disposiciones pertinentes (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 91., inc. 2o. y nral. 2 del lit. D).
