Auxíliase con quince mil pesos ($ 15.000) por una sola vez, el Colegio de Sucre de Ipiales, con destino a las mejoras del edificio y a la compra de un laboratorio de química y un gabinete de física. Esta suma se considerará incluida en la Ley de Apropiaciones de la próxima vigencia, y se entregará a la Junta Directiva del prenombrado Colegio.

Asimismo auxíliase con diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) el Hospital de dicha ciudad que está en construcción.
