ARTICULO 1º. La vigencia del Decreto número 1824 de 8 de Octubre de 1938, por el cual se creó el personal de la Reclusión de Mujeres de Medellín y se fijaron las respectivas asignaciones, principia desde el día 1º de enero del presente año, día en que los empleados nombrados comenzaron a ejercer sus funciones.
