Incumplimiento De La Facilidad De Pago

Decreto 425 de 2004 · por el cual se reglamenta el parágrafo transitorio del artículo 804 del Estatuto Tributario.

°. Incumplimiento de la facilidad de pago . Ante el incumplimiento de cualquiera de las cuotas de la facilidad otorgada por efecto de la imputación transitoria del pago, para la cancelación de las sanciones e intereses insolutos, la administración competente deberá proceder de inmediato a decretar mediante resolución el incumplimiento, dejando sin efecto la facilidad, iniciando el cobro coactivo del saldo total pendiente de cancelación, librando el correspondiente mandamiento de pago y disponiendo las medidas cautelares que estime conducentes.

Parágrafo

Por estas obligaciones no podrá otorgarse nueva facilidad de pago.
