El Fondo Nacional de Inversiones será miembro de todas las Bolsas de Valores que operan en el país, por derecho propio, en igualdad de obligaciones y derechos con los demás miembros, en cuanto sean compatibles con las normas de esta Ley. El Fondo no podrá celebrar en la Bolsa sino aquellas operaciones que tengan relación directa y exclusiva con su objeto social, únicamente como comprador o vendedor y nunca como intermediario. Asistirán a las bolsas el Gerente del Fondo o sus delegados.
