Ley 987 de 2005 · por medio de la cual se modifican los Decretos 1211 de 1990, 1790 y 1793 de 2000 relacionados con el régimen salarial y prestacional del personal de oficiales, suboficiales y soldados de las Fuerzas Militares; los Decretos 1091 de 1995, 1212 y 1213 de 1990 y 1791 de 2000, relacionados con el Régimen Salarial y Prestacional de Oficiales, Subofociales, personal del nivel ejecutivo y Agentes de la Policía Nacional y el Decreto 1214 de 1990 relacionado con el Régimen Prestacional Civil del Ministerio de Defensa y Policía Nacional.
