El manejo de los auxilios estará a cargo fin de dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley de una Junta compuesta por un representante del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, el Personero, el Tesorero, el Alcalde del Municipio y por un representante de la Contrataría de la República, eu donde serán visadas las cuentas.
