LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 8º. Ampliaciones al Certificado de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura. La autorización de productos, área de manufactura y procesos productivos nuevos para un laboratorio de fabricación de medicamentos certificado con el cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, requerirá de la respectiva Certificación, para lo cual se surtirá el procedimiento dispuesto en el presente decreto.
