Se impone la sanción indica en el aparte g) del artículo 289 citado, por reincidencias en las infracciones de que trata el artículo anterior y por otras las siguientes: 1º Dar gritos o lanzar imprecaciones subversivas. 2º Ocuparse en juegos prohibidos. 3º Abandonar durante la noche el lecho o puesto asignado. 4º Hacer uso de bebidas embriagantes. 5º Falta de asistencia sin excusa al trabajo y a la escuela. 6º Actitud insolente con los Agentes de Custodia. 7º Actitud irrespetuosa en las funciones del culto.
