º. Las prendas de vestuario y equipo con que se dota a las tropas serán dadas de baja cuando se encuentren realmente inservibles, o cuando exista alguna otra causa especial que justifique la novedad. En consecuencia, para causar la baja, no es preciso que transcurra el tiempo de duración fijado para tales prendas, por el Decreto número 1933 de 1940.
