Corresponde a la Junta de que trata el artículo 1.° de esta Ley designar el punto que debe ocupar la población que con el nombre de Sucre va a fundarse en virtud de lo ordenado en el artículo 1.° de la Ley 51 citada. La misma Junta reglamentará la manera de hacer la fundación y distribuirá los solares entre quienes allí vayan a establecerse.
