En las Divisiones Delegadas de Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Publicó ante las ramas y organismos del Poder Publico de que trata el artículo 3o de esta Ley, se llevará la contabilidad presupuestal y se ejercerá la vigilancia administrativa y económica de las actividades presupuestales, sin perjuicio del control numérico legal que corresponde ejercer a la Contraloría General de la República.
