A partir del 1º de enero de 1924 quedarán suprimidos el Procurador de Hacienda y su Ayudante, y los Visitadores Fiscales establecidos por leyes anteriores. El Gobierno podrá nombrar Visitadores Fiscales y asignarles funciones que no pugnen con las del Contralor General. El Gobierno señalará las asignaciones y viáticos de tales funcionarios.
