o. Ninguna autoridad podrá nombrar, con dedicación de tiempo completo, a un docente que esté desempeñando un empleo de igual dedicación. Por consiguiente al momento de posesionarse, el docente deberá presentar declaración juramentada diligenciada ante juez o notario, de no estar vinculado de tiempo completo en otra entidad oficial de cualquier orden.
